It's time for a hearty snack! Typical franconian. Spicy, aromatic, flavoursome and delicious. Combined with radish it is a wonderful small meal.
preparation
Fry the Nuremberg Rostbratwurst sausages in a frying pan until golden brown and in the meantime toast the dark rye bread.
Peel the radish and cut into strips
Wash and clean the rocket and mix it with the radish. Marinate both with vinegar and oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Smear the toasted bread with onion mustard, place the rocket and radish salad on top and add the Nuremberg Rostbratwurst sausages. Finally garnish with radish slices.
