Main dish:- 4 slices of brown (rye) bread
- 1 bunch of (wild) rocket
- 1 large radish
- 20 original Nuremberg Rostbratwurst sausages
- 1 bunch of radishes
- Vinegar, oil, salt, pepper from the mill
Sausage Bread with rocket and radish
It's time for a hearty snack! Typical franconian. Spicy, aromatic, flavoursome and delicious. Combined with radish it is a wonderful small meal.
preparation
- Fry the Nuremberg Rostbratwurst sausages in a frying pan until golden brown and in the meantime toast the dark rye bread.
- Peel the radish and cut into strips
- Wash and clean the rocket and mix it with the radish. Marinate both with vinegar and oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Smear the toasted bread with onion mustard, place the rocket and radish salad on top and add the Nuremberg Rostbratwurst sausages. Finally garnish with radish slices.
